About The Collector

Rich Shapero is a writer and musician whose passion for the work of Eugene Von Bruenchenhein motivated him to seek out and publicly display the best of the artist’s paintings from 1954-1963. Vonbruenchenhein.com is the most extensive online collection of EVB paintings.

Rich’s own projects are available in hardcover and as multimedia novels—combining fiction, music, visual art, video and animation—in the TooFar Media app.

EVB’s paintings have served as inspiration for four of Rich’s stories: Dreams of Delphine, Rin, Tongue and Dorner, Arms from the Sea and Too Far.
